Refund & Returns Policy

At R2KHOUSE, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our handknit scarves. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refunds and returns policy provides detailed information on how you can return your items and receive a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return your product within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items
Items marked as final sale
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support: Email us at rosa@r2khouse.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package.
Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of the return unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.
5. Processing Your Refund
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at rosa@r2khouse.com.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at rosa@r2khouse.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
Check Your Bank Account: Verify that the refund has not been posted.
Contact Your Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
